I have been in Real Estate since 1981 and full time since 1984.  I specialize in

commercial and investment properties and also offer commercial leasing. 

       I am a third generation Winter Havenite in a family with a long tenure of community service.

         In 2000, I served the 70,000 member Florida Association of Realtors as their president.  

        This has gained me and my clients statewide notoriety and a large network

of cooperating Realtors.

         In 1991, I was awarded the coveted and prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial  

Investment Member)  Designation, joining an elite group of commercial

real estate brokers with expertise in commercial and investment properties.
